ATTENDING CAROLINASUNITE? HERE IS HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF IT!

We want to make sure you have the BEST experience possible so we have pulled together some details for you:

Check out the AGENDA in advance and highlight the sessions you don't want to miss!
Get DIRECTIONS to Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort and plan your trip. The address for the resort is 777 Casino Drive, Cherokee, North Carolina 28719.
Weather: The highs this time of year are in the mid-70s and the lows in the mid-50s. In the event of rain, you will want to have a raincoat or umbrella to keep you dry as you walk between buildings.
Plan to bring a jacket , sweater, or blanket . The meeting spaces can be VERY COLD . It is next to impossible to regulate them to suit everyone.

Please note that the conference registration desk will NOT be open on MONDAY. You will be able to pick up your badge/materials on TUESDAY morning starting at 8:00am.

All sessions and the exhibit hall will be located in the Council Fire Conference Center on the second floor.
Meals:
- Tuesday - Lunch provided in conference space. Dinner ON YOUR OWN.
- Wednesday - Breakfast and Lunch provided in conference space
- Wednesday - Networking Social in the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center. (3 drink tickets per person good for beer/wine. A cash bar will be available for liquor drinks).
- Thursday - Breakfast provided in conference space
