ATTENDING CAROLINASUNITE? HERE IS HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF IT!

We want to make sure you have the BEST experience possible so we have pulled together some details for you:

Get DIRECTIONS to Kingston Resorts and plan your trip. The address for the resort is 9800 Queensway Blvd, Myrtle Beach SC 29072,
Weather: The highs this time of year are in the mid-60s and the lows in the mid-40s. In the event of rain, you will want to have a raincoat or umbrella ☔ to keep you dry as you walk between buildings.
Plan to bring a jacket 🧥, sweater, or blanket . The meeting spaces can be VERY COLD 🥶❄️. It is next to impossible to regulate them to suit everyone.

Check in with Guard Gate and obtain a temporary parking pass. From there proceed to EMBASSY SUITES to check into your room/condo/villa.

- Conference Check-In and all Sessions will be held on the first floor of Brighton Towers
Please note that the conference registration desk will NOT be open on MONDAY. You will be able to pick up your badge/materials on TUESDAY morning starting at 8:00am.

The exhibit hall and all sessions will be held in Brighton Towers. The conference space is located just past the elevators on the first floor.
Meals: 🍽️
- Tuesday - Lunch provided in conference space. Dinner ON YOUR OWN.
- Wednesday - Breakfast and Lunch provided in conference space along with a networking reception (2 drink tickets per person, then cash bar). Dinner ON YOUR OWN.
- Thursday - Breakfast is ON YOUR OWN (Embassy Suites offers FREE breakfast for our group.)

Be sure to visit all of the sponsors and exhibitors for a chance to win a FREE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION for 2026. One winner from South Carolina and one winner from North Carolina will be chosen.
