CarolinasUnite 2027 Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all CarolinasUnite 2027 conference registrations:
- Cancellations received on or before January 1, 2027: 100% refund of registration fees.
- Cancellations received January 2–15, 2027: 50% refund of registration fees.
- Cancellations received after January 15, 2027: No refunds will be issued.
Registration Transfers
Conference registrations are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please contact us for information and instructions on how to transfer your registration.
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the date the cancellation request is received.
