THERE’S NEVER BEEN A MORE CRITICAL TIME TO SOLVE THE PEOPLE PROBLEM!
Work is very different than it was at the optimistic outset of 2020. Our lives were turned upside down and for many of us, our workday went from cubicles and commutes to pajama pants, homeschooling, and trying to meet deadlines with the constant background noise of home life. For those who were not able to stay home, work suddenly included masks, sanitizer, and social distancing – giving “work stress” a whole new meaning.
A recent study uncovered that only 18% of respondents are “very satisfied” with their work/life balance, while a whopping 38% reported feeling neutral, dissatisfied, or very dissatisfied. You of course aren’t above these stresses. You likely experience them too. But your role as a leader demands that you alter your behavior to address this new reality.
In this session, Evans will dive into what the research is telling us and what you as a leader can do to be your best, support your people, and help your organization thrive.
